- I was born in Knoxville and lived in Burlington until I was five. My mother lived there as a child and we attended McCalla Avenue Baptist Church. I have lots of memories of the Tic Toc, the fair at Chilhowee Park, eating at Ruby's, and as a child walking to Satterfield's store from my grandmother's house.
